Safety Duty Officer Monitoring
Your people work alone, in remote country and often out of range. Our duty officers track every scheduled check-in and act the moment one is missed, so help is never waiting on someone noticing.
- Check-ins built around each job. Start, interval and finish times set to the task, crew and location.
- Missed check-in escalation. An agreed procedure from contact attempts through to your nominated contacts and emergency services.
- A record for your WHS obligations. Every check-in and response logged for audit and reporting.
- Built by a field business. We run remote crews ourselves, so the system fits how field work actually happens.
- Duty officer contact attemptIf no answer, we try the second worker when a crew is travelling together.
