Silviculture is the practice of controlling the growth, composition/structure, and quality of forests to meet values and needs, specifically timber production
We provide a range of dedicated services to the Australian Forest Industry. We have the ability to mobilise a skilled workforce with capacity to scale up at short notice. Since 2005 Forestry has been our bread and butter, and still is a large part of our core business. Our clients and projects range from private landholders with 50ha to corporate business with management of 30,000+ ha.
We employ a diverse workforce of men and women from varying backgrounds, many of which are locally based. They are highly trained and experienced in the technology we use to monitor and advance our services and implement the safest practices. We work closely with clients to innovate and develop new techniques and efficiencies to provide the best results possible

Q: What ares do you service?
A: We have provided services in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.
Q: What do you charge?
A: Majority of our work is charged hourly, by piece rate or by the hectare – each project either big or small will be carefully assessed before providing a price

Dedicated Services
Coppice Thinning
Coppice thinning can be done year-round – timing is crucial and typically done around 3 years off harvesting
FIB Fire Services (Forest Industry Brigade)
We provide fire servicing through Districts 4,5 & 6 of Western Victoria. All staff and appliances are CFA certified. Additionally, we can provide post fire season-controlled burns
Forest Inventory
We collect data on-site using client specific software systems and methodologies to process gathered data. This data is broadly used for research, development, growth modelling and planning
Insecticide Injecting
We conduct planting operation in second and third rotation blue gum sites. The chemical system is systematically up taken by the seedlings to become unpalatable to leaf feeding insects. This operation is crucial to eucalyptus globulus crop survival
Hand Planting
We conduct re-planting, infilling and micro-planting projects in both commercial forestry and private government native re-vegetation sites
Brush Cutting
Frome track clearing to inaccessible areas, we have skilled operators and machinery to manage problematic woody weed and grass areas on all types of land
Pine Pruning
We conduct first and second lift pruning of pine trees on both external and internal fire breaks
